Fixed Income Interview Prep publishes editorial guides on fixed income sales and trading careers: the desks, the interview process, compensation and career paths. Access to the articles is free, as are the Fixed Income Desk Cheat Sheet and the Bond Math Formula Sheet, offered as direct downloads with no sign-up, and the bond calculator and the interview readiness check, both of which run in your browser. Those free resources are governed by these terms and our Privacy Policy.

All content is for general information and education. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or career advice, and it is not a recommendation to apply to, invest in, or transact with any bank or other institution. Figures are reported with sources and as-of dates and may become outdated; verify anything you rely on against primary sources. The bond calculator’s outputs and the readiness check’s score are illustrative only, and neither predicts the outcome of any interview. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the content.

You may read and share the content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, republish, resell or systematically copy the Site’s content, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.

The Site’s editorial content, design and brand are owned by HAREMO IT Solutions GmbH and protected by copyright and other laws. The Site links to further resources we consider useful, including Finance Interview Prep and Finance CV Check, and to the sources its guides cite. Where a linked site is operated by a third party, we are not responsible for its content or practices; following a link is at your own discretion.

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence by us, our legal representatives or our vicarious agents, for damage arising from injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz). For slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of an essential obligation, meaning an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper use of the Site possible in the first place and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely, and our liability is then limited to the typical damage that was foreseeable when you agreed to these terms. Beyond that, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected. If you are a merchant (Kaufmann), a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these terms is Hamburg.
